How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery takes 5–12 business days within the United States and 7–15 business days to Canada.

Is shipping free?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35 within the USA and Canada. Orders under $35 ship for a flat rate of $5.

Do you provide tracking?

Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking number via email within 24–48 hours of your order being shipped.

What's your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How do I start a return?

Email us at support@bydewdrop.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 24 hours with return instructions.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrived damaged or wrong, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery — we'll send a replacement or full refund immediately, no return required.

Are your products safe to use?

Yes. All our products use the same technology found in professional clinics. They are designed for safe at-home use with clear instructions included.

How often should I use the tools?

Each product page has specific usage instructions. As a general rule: Ice Roller and Gua Sha can be used daily; Pore Vacuum and Lip Plumper 1–2 times per week; Eye Massager 1–2 minutes per eye, twice a day.

Can I use multiple tools together?

Absolutely. A great routine: Ice Roller in the morning to de-puff, Gua Sha at night to sculpt. The Eye Massager can be used both times. Always follow product-specific instructions.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, they enter our fulfillment process. Email us ASAP at support@bydewdrop.com.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email.

Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, email us at support@bydewdrop.com with your name and we'll resend it.
